The physical practice merges Anusara, Iyengar, Vinyasa, Integral, Ashtanga, Kripalu systems and Somatic awareness, the Pranayama and concentration are chosen based on Ayurvedic principles,
so that we delve into deeper levels of experience in a relatively short time.
