YOGA THERAPY
Yoga therapy uses Yogic practices, Ayurvedic principles and treatment, mindfullness,
Marma therapy and Somatic awareness, to address not only physical dis-eases, but also emotional and psychological unease.
It does this by seeing each individual as a whole being, a being that experiences and expresses on many levels.
